Fritids
Fritids/Fritidsklubb (After School Programme) is organised in conjunction with parent requests and student demands. There are extra costs for Fritids, depending upon which commune you live in. Fritids is offered up to grade 3. Grades 4 and 5 are offered a fritidsklubb. The activities offered are set up by the fritids staff and teachers at Futuraskolan International School of Stockholm depending on their areas of competency and interests.
After school activities (Fritids/Fritidsklubb) for students is open from 7.30 until class starts. When the school day has finished Fritids takes over until 17.30. Parents apply to their commune of residency for fritids and the commune takes out a fee for this. This fee may differ depending on which commune you reside in.
To find Fritids/Fritidsklubb costs contact the school office. Diplomat families are not supported by the commune and therefore billed privately by the school.
Every commune has different rules in order to sign up for Fritids. For families from Stockholm and Solna, you will have to fill in their own respective commune form. Families registered in Täby will have to log-in to the Täby commune website and apply there. Families registered in any other communes will have to contact their respective communes and comply with the formalities necessary. To know more about the Fritids/Fritidsklubb costs and documentation contact the school office.
The school and fritids are closed for the month of July.
