Our Vision & Values
Futuraskolan has one vision:
”To be the best stepping stone for future global citizens. We want to prepare our youth for a global start in life.”
It is important to have goals in life. Like most schools we are goal-oriented. We are very attentive and particular with how we act along the way. In other words, we are careful about what kind of culture is generated. Company culture is often said to be pre-determined but at Futuraskolan it is defined primarily by our values:

This means that we are forward-moving, continuously evolving, and visionaries. We keep abreast of the latest developments in education. We only stop to evaluate, and always strive to do things better in the future. We are creative and take initiative. We are open-minded and close no doors figuratively or literally. Our Goals
We want to:
- Create a calm, safe, and structured atmosphere, generating a fulfilling and encouraging working environment.
- Create an international perspective and mindset in our children.
- Create a setting where our children, staff, and parents feel happy and comfortable, allowing each individual to demonstrate a sense of responsibility and respect for themselves and others.
- Offer an individually designed educational experience, stimulating and encouraging each child to do their absolute best while supporting their personal needs.
- Proactively counteract any acts of violation involving students, parents or staff members through preventative measures.
Our Promise
Futuraskolan’s main focus is on children and their parents. Our promise to them is:

We are pro-active, empathetic, and we see our students inside as well as outside of the classroom. We are attentive to their individual needs and fully respect them. We challenge and motivate each student to their full potential as successful global citizens. That’s our promise.
